Blue Touch Paper Carnival is a new carnival project between West Sussex and the Isle of Wight. Blue Touch Paper Carnival is about making Carnival accessible.
We'll be rolling out the very first Blue Touch Paper Carnival Costumes at the Horsham ‘One World’ Carnival on Sunday 25th July as part of the 2010 Open Weekend celebrations.
We've been working very hard with artists and students: putting our ideas about community, inclusion and imagination into the design to make them come alive!
Come and see them and take part in Carnival on the day You can make a colourful carnival flag or tell us what you think by leaving us a message on Carnival Cube. Workshops start at 12 noon and the procession at 3.30p.m
